Rules of returning purchased item:
- You can return the purchased item or replace it with another within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. European Union and in other countries within 30 days after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
- Returned item must be in the original intact package, not damaged, unused, same condition as the buyer has received. Returning the goods, buyer must provide proof of purchase (purchase check, copy of the bank transfer).
- Returning goods must be sent by registered shipment to: WhiteWhite, JSC Internetas visiems, Parodos g. 10, Kaunas LT-44215 or visit our shops. Shops addresses are provided on-line.
- Seller has the right not to accept the Goods returned by the buyer if returned goods were used, without original labels, damaged, manufactured or adjusted individually for a special order.
- The cost of returning or replacing of good quality goods is paid by the buyer. The buyer returns only the amount of money paid for the item. Shipping costs are not refunded to the buyer.
- If the buyer has paid for an item by the gift voucher, then there will be return gift voucher and any additional amount paid (if it has been paid). Gift voucher cannot be changed for money.
- If the Buyer returns the item purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the item is refunded with a valid discount.
